Made to order

SPECTER launch pieces are produced after a paid order is received rather than pulled from seller-held inventory. Carrier transit starts after production is complete.

Launch shipping

Drop 001 is configured for U.S. shipping with a $9.95 shipping charge. Shipping details are collected during secure Stripe checkout, and tracking is issued after the fulfillment provider reports shipment.

Order changes

Because production can begin after payment, address, size, and cancellation requests should be submitted as quickly as possible. A change cannot be guaranteed after production begins.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

The customer should retain the item and packaging and contact SPECTER promptly with the order details and clear photos. The final support contact and claim window will be published before checkout is enabled.

Size and discretionary returns

Because each launch piece is made to order, the final exchange and discretionary-return rules must be approved and published before launch.
