Use of LocksTime
LocksTime is a work-record, time, travel-expense, and paperwork-assistance service provided by Markel Strategic Holdings LLC. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for using the service lawfully.
Review your records
LocksTime calculates hours, overtime, per diem, mileage, expenses, and invoice values from information and rules supplied by users or connected companies. You are responsible for reviewing records, calculations, reimbursements, and generated documents before using them for payroll, invoicing, tax, employment, or contractual purposes.
Connected companies
If you connect to a participating company, that company may establish project, time, reimbursement, review, approval, and payment rules for its connected workflow. The company remains responsible for its own payroll, contractor, reimbursement, and payment obligations.
Documents and content
You represent that you have the right to upload receipts, invoices, templates, and other content you submit to LocksTime. You retain ownership of your content. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, reproduce, and transform that content to provide the requested service.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
