Delete Your LocksTime Account
Fastest method
Sign in to LocksTime, open Settings, scroll to Account, and choose Delete account permanently. Follow the confirmation prompt. This is the preferred method because it verifies control of the account.
If you cannot sign in
Email markel@markelstrategicholdings.com from the email address associated with the LocksTime account and request deletion. We may need to verify account ownership before processing the request.
What is deleted
Deletion is designed to remove account-associated profile information, personal projects, shifts, settings, uploaded templates, receipts, expenses, mileage records, and other user-controlled data that is not required to be retained.
Limited retention
Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or completed company-payment and accounting obligations. Where retention is required, access is limited to the applicable purpose.
